He makes sure that you understand your care and feel comfortable with your treatment plan. I have always felt my questions were encouraged and my input was an important part of the process.
One of the best things about the staff is their extraordinary efforts to schedule your appointment. I have had several occasions when I required coordination with my dental office and each time, Iliana has been incredible working with my dental office to make arrangements that seamlessly accommodated my work schedule and the appointment times available at my dental office.
