As a result, we are committed to sticking closely to our appointment schedule, keeping our fees as reasonable as possible. We strive for open communication so that we can answer any questions you may have about your braces and your orthodontic treatment.
In this regard, we ask that if and when you must miss an appointment, please provide us with 24 hour notice. Good appointment keeping is the cornerstone of treatment progress. Second, if you have breakage [no matter how close to your appointment time] please give us the courtesy of a call as quickly as possible so that we can set up enough time to repair the breakage plus perform the regular adjustment.
And last, please keep in mind that we also expect to be treated with courtesy and respect by all of our clients. No communication of any sort that is loud, rude, abusive, sarcastic or threatening will be tolerated from patients or parents. Please treat our team with the respect and civility that you expect from them.
